In the fall of 2011 I under went my Simplicity Parenting Group Leader training  so I can help spread the world on the gift a savoured childhood. With the pace of life picking up in speed it can be challenging to stay in alignment with our values. Allowing for all of us to relish in the peaceful, bliss-filled family life everyone deeply yearns for.

Areas that my workshops will explore via discussion, artistic activities and group support include:

 

Environment: developing plans to live with less clutter by reducing amount of toys, books and clothes

 

Rhythm: tweaking daily and weekly schedules to bring more predictability

 

Scheduling: bringing space in a child’s life to allow for moments of ‘being’

 

Filtering: bringing consciousness to a child’s exposure to adult concerns, media and consumerism

Courses cost $225 per person or $400 per couple. Tuition includes handbook, course materials and refreshments. These upcoming live workshops will run seven Saturday mornings from 10 to noon.
